How do I share a web page, a video, a file, a picture?

If the site has ShareThis button on it, click the ShareThis button and select from the list of scocial web choices, post-to-profile or blog choices or use the Send/Email tab to send via MySpace, Email, AIM, or SMS (SMS is only available for numbers within the United States).

If the page you’re viewing does not have ShareThis button, then you can use the ShareThis toolbar or bookmarklet to share anything from any web page.
