If it has been 48 hours since you’ve added the domain, and you are still not receiving any data, the publisher ID number in your ShareThis widget code may not be associated with your ShareThis account.  If this has occurred, please double-check the publisher ID on your site.

If that still does not work, send a message to feedback@sharethis.com and our support team will get this resolved.
